Using Bulk
Bulk is a nutrition tracking tool for people trying to gain weight. You need an account to use it, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe, and you agree not to misuse the service or try to access anyone else's data.
Estimates, not medical advice
Calorie, protein, carb and fat figures in Bulk — including photo analysis, meal suggestions and calculated targets — are estimates. Real values vary with brands, preparation and portion size. Bulk is a tracking and planning tool, not a medical service, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. Talk to a professional before making significant changes to how you eat, especially if you have a medical condition.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple account.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in your Apple account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.
Your content
Your meals, photos and measurements stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you — including sending meal photos to an AI service for estimation. You can delete everything from Settings at any time.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Bulk running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features that need the internet won't work without it. To the extent the law allows, Bulk is provided as-is and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from relying on its estimates.
Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
